When one of Liverpool’s oldest and most established Law firms brought it’s North West teams together, it wasn’t just a business update…it was a powerful opportunity to celebrate success, align on future plans and create connection for their growing teams.

Award-winning, forward-thinking Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors wanted something meaningfully different for their Summer Event – a ‘twist’ on a corporate team development session that would spark real connection across their locations, shift how people communicate and create energy that lasted long after the formal agenda was done.

We organised and provided a 2-hour team-building session that blended behavioural insight, inclusive interaction and plenty of fun.

What the Oomph team did

We created a fast-paced, engaging session designed to land with every personality in the room — balancing structure and outcomes with creativity and connection.

This team development session included:
A simple introduction to behavioural preferences and colour energies
Inclusive team challenges using jigsaws, coloured cards and balloons
Activities that encouraged people to think, engage and collaborate quickly
Lots of shared laughter and lightbulb moments that strengthened relationships fast
A clear link to real workplace outcomes: better teamwork, communication and connection

The day was a huge success, with real relationships established almost straight away. Communication differences were made easy to understand — and even easier to talk about back in the workplace.
